Return & Refund

At She Pop Vanity, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
Therefore, returns or replacements are ONLY accepted if the product you receive is:

Damaged

or

Not as shown / not as described on the product page

No other return or replacement requests will be accepted.


Eligibility Criteria for Return/Replacement

To qualify, the customer must provide:

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • The video must start before opening the sealed package

  • The entire unpacking must be clearly visible

  • The product issue must be clearly shown in the same video

  • No cuts, edits, or pauses in the video

2. Time Limit

You must submit the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Condition of Product

The product must be unused and in the original packaging.


Cases NOT Eligible for Returns or Replacements

❌ Change of mind
❌ Fragrance not liked / personal preference
❌ Incorrect order placed by customer
❌ Opened, used, or tampered products
❌ No unboxing video
❌ Requests made after 24 hours


Approval Process

Once you email the unboxing video to yjventures@gmail.com, our team will review it within 48 hours.

If approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstance.

If rejected:

  • The decision will be communicated with the reason.


Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
